I do hope they get better, but I cannot spend my money at a dishonest place. But I feel lied to, and when I tried to bring it to anyone that would listen at Hollywood, I felt ignored. After all, I am only one person and it is under $500.

It took me several days and several calls (I left many voicemails), but finally someone answered the phone and agreed with me that I should have received the reimbursement, but that for some reason, I did not. After a while, I called about the promotion. I waited about a month for something to come in the mail with my reimbursed casino money. They said that we could spend up to $500 that day, and would be reimbursed that amount over a 4 week period. I thought it was too good to be true, so I asked about the rules behind the promotion. There was a promotion that would reimburse what we spent up to $500. It was my elderly father’s birthday and we had a great day. A few months ago, I visited Hollywood casino and signed up for the rewards.
